- Ensuring business-critical data such as hierarchies, cost centres, supplier/customer records, and delegated authorities are accurate and maintained.
- Supporting and training business users to drive effective and consistent use of Fusion, building capability and maximising value from the system.
- Collaborating with Finance managers and teams to ensure the right tools and processes are in place to support business delivery.
- Assessing the impact of proposed system or process changes and implement improvements that deliver operational, financial, or control benefits.
- Building strong working relationships across the business, being visible, approachable, and trusted as the subject matter expert.
- Driving a culture of service improvement by actively seeking feedback, supporting investigations, and leading change with enthusiasm.
- Promoting the use of robust processes and policies to support continuous improvement and timely service delivery.
- Working closely with third-party providers and internal stakeholders to ensure service levels are met and development roadmaps are understood.
- Contributing to contingency planning by maintaining a secondary competency role and ensuring appropriate training and skills are in place to maintain continuity during disruption.
- Using relevant metrics to monitor progress against objectives and contribute proactively to performance development discussions.
What you'll need:

Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) Check
If you are successful in your application and are new to the business, we will undertake a basic DBS check as part of our pre-employment checks. This only happens once we have conditionally offered you the job. Here we check for any unspent convictions and conditional cautions under the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act (ROA) 1974. If there is evidence of an unspent conviction or conditional caution, the details of these are reviewed internally by a cross functional panel on a case by case basis before a final offer of employment is issued. This however may result in any offer being withdrawn. Further information on how we collect and use this data is available on our privacy notice.
Medical screening
We're a safety conscious business so for all roles you'll need to pass a medical screening and a drugs and alcohol test before we send you an unconditional job offer. For our safety critical roles, you'll also need to have a safety critical medical. Our friendly, in-house Health and Wellbeing team will book a time and place to suit you. The sooner, the better, so please be flexible with your availability. Once your medical gets the thumbs up, we'll finalise any last details and look forward to you joining our team.
